Polyamide 11 / PA11
This durable nylon powder is bio-derived and made from 100% renewable materials. Thanks to its durability, heat-resistance and impact strength, it is suited for elements working in difficult conditions.

Polyamide 12 / PA12
Also known as nylon, polyamide 12 powder is the most tested material for additive manufacturing. With PA12, we produce robust, durable and versatile products that are fit for high-performance.

Polyamide glass filled is a high quality, low cost material that provides dimensional stability and high stiffness.

This 40% glass bead filled thermoplastic material is ideal for applications requiring high stiffness like enclosures and housings, fixtures and tooling.

Thermoplastic Polyurethane / TPU

Finishes

Sanding finish
Once printed we can glue and sand parts to get a Premium result. For parts bigger than the bounding box, this service can provide an alternative.

Vapor smoothing
Vapor smoothing is a cost-effective and safe finish for additive-manufacturing. It guarantees a smooth surface that can rival injection moulding.

Spray Paint
Our paints and varnishes are car-paint quality and create a nice and even surface, resulting in a professional final part.

Black dye
Our Black Dye gives parts a uniform aesthetical finish. The Dye does not add thickness, so there is no risk to dimensional accuracy.

Grade 2 & 4 cleaning
Parts cleaning is essential to many industrial processes, as a prelude to surface finishing or to protect sensitive components. We offer in-house cleaning in our cleanroom under ISO 5.

Autoclave sterilisation
For our medical customers we offer in-house sterilisation and packing of your products in our Autoclave. That way we assure you that your parts are ready to use in a sterile environment.
