Automotive

Within the automotive market special connections - special designed attributes

A hood ornament that fits perfectly because of 3DPrinted connections. With PA11 we offered a sustainable, efficient and energy friendly solution.

An air intake collector for e.g. race cars needs to be as light and robist as possible.

Together with the client, the design was analized and an optimal solution was 3DPrinted. A high impact, lightweight collector out of 1 piece.

Industrial/agriculture

Stainless steel propeller stirring in pickled water ... heavy, energy consuming and prone to corroding. Often has to be replaced.

By reverse engineering and tweaking the design, with the client we developed a light, energy/cost effective and much better solution.

Casing for a controller. It falls and breaks. Too low volume for injection molding.

TPU casing, shock absorbing material. Doesn't break.

A brace was made by a mold and mostly in standard sizes. This was a time consuming and labour intensive work.
